The owner of the online store gardof.com (hereinafter referred to as the “online store”) is Gardof Ltd (registry code 16040378) (hereinafter referred to as the “seller”)
Validity of contract of sale, product and price information
The conditions of sale apply to orders and purchases of product from the online store.Online store offers selection of DIY instructions. Product information and prices are provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.The online store gardof.com reserves the right to make changes in the terms and conditions of sale and sales prices.If the order has been placed before the conditions of sale or prices have been changed, the legal relations between the purchaser and the seller shall be governed by the conditions in force at the time of placing the order.
Placing an order
Fill in all of the required fields in the order form and click „submit“ button to complete the order.An order confirmation/invoice will be sent to the purchaser within one business day. The order confirmation/invoice includes the price of the product and terms of payment.The ordered detailed DIY instructions will be sent to purchaser’s email when the amount payable is received by Gardof Ltd, latest within two business days.If the payment has not been made in 3 business days after the order confirmation has been sent, the order will be cancelled.If we cannot send the ordered instruction, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
Force majeure
Seller is not liable for delay in the delivery of the product if delay is due to circumstances which the seller could not influence or foresee.
Right of withdrawal
The purchaser may cancel the contract at any time. If the purchaser has terminated the contract, the seller has the right to claim the agreed fee, less any savings which he saved as a result of the termination of the contract or which he acquired or could reasonably have obtained by using his labour in a different way.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser (including name, phone number, address, e-mail) for processing the order and sending product to the purchaser.
Settlement of disputes
All complaints made by a purchaser about the seller must be e-mailed to info@gardof.com.If the purchaser and the seller are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the seller. A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
